I. JOB TITLE : Payroll Officer
- THE ROLE
- Maintains staff statistics;
- Handles payroll and ensures compliance with approved wage policy, countries' legal provisions;
- Prepares and monitors employees' pay and monitor the printing and dispatching of pay slips;
- Prepares and submits to the HR Development Manager the quantitative analysis of all salary parameters;
- Arranges and processing various travels requests (Per diem …..)
- Updates payroll database;
- Monitors monthly and annual payroll statistics;
- Monitors monthly and annual declaration of remunerations
- Other tasks given by the hierarchy

2. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
1. Educational Level:
Minimum Educational Level: Degree in Accountancy, University graduated.
2. Professional Experiences:
- Qualifications / Skills: Discrete, capable to work under pressure
- Professional Experiences: 07 years minimum in payroll management
- Languages proficiency:French & English
- Information technologies (IT) proficiency: Office (Word, Excel, Access); payroll systems (ERP)
